Rejuran salmon DNA is a topical skin booster made of highly purified polynucleotides, DNA fragments from salmon, applied to the skin after microneedling or laser to support hydration and recovery. Salmon DNA therapy, also called polynucleotide or PN treatment, uses purified DNA fragments from salmon, chosen because of how compatible they are with human skin. Applied after a microneedling or laser pass, the serum is formulated to support the skin barrier and hydration while the skin recovers.
Radiance uses the Rejuran brand for its purification process. It is formulated for all skin tones, including sensitive and acne-prone skin.

The appointment
Zayda Yeoh, NP, assesses your skin concerns, goals and overall wellness and decides whether to pair Rejuran with microneedling or LaseMD Ultra.
For several days before, avoid retinol, AHAs and BHAs and exfoliants, and limit sun. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.
After cleansing, the microchannels are made and the serum is applied. Sessions take 45 to 60 minutes and are well tolerated, with only mild tingling or warmth.
Skin looks flushed or feels tight, like a mild sunburn, for 24 to 48 hours. Skip direct sun, intense workouts, saunas and active skincare for 24 to 48 hours, use gentle hydrating products and avoid makeup for at least a day.
A healthy glow within days, with firmer texture, improved tone and deeper hydration developing over 2 to 4 weeks. For best results, 3 to 4 sessions spaced a month apart, then quarterly maintenance.
